Mohammad Reza Pourshajari

Is an Iranian blogger also called Siamak Mehr who was recently released after spending four years in prison, has been arrested again. Despite serious health issues, he suffers from cardiac arrest, diabetes and kidney stones he is denied medical treatment. He is now charged with "insulting the Prophet of Islam" and "enmity with God". These could bring the death penalty.

He is now being exiled in Tabas which he claims is too hot and not good for a heart patient with multiple other physical problems.
