Mohammad Estiyak Rai (Nepali: मोहम्मद इस्तियक राइ) is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum. In the 2008 Constituent Assembly election he was elected from the Banke-2 constituency, winning 19396 votes.
