Mohamed Nouri Jouini is a Tunisian politician. He is the former Minister of Development and International Cooperation.

Biography

He lived in Oregon and returned to Tunisia when former President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali came to power in 1987. He sits on the board of governors of the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa. Dr. Jouini received his Ph.D. in Decision Sciences from the University of Oregon and is a former director of the Sousse (Tunisia) Higher Institute of Management. He has also served on the faculty at the University of Tunis.

He was a recipient of the Tunisian National Order of Merit for Education and Sciences and is a former FREEMASON Grand Officer of both the November 7 Order and the Republic Order.
