Mohamed El Mahdy (born (1971-12-08)8 December 1971) is a retired Egyptian male volleyball player. He was part of the Egypt men's national volleyball team at the 2002 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship in Argentina. He played for El Ahly club, Cairo - Egypt.
