Miyuki Izumi (泉 美幸, Izumi Miyuki, born (1973-05-31)31 May 1973) is a Japanese former football forward who played for the Japan women's national football team. She competed at the 1996 Summer Olympics, playing in one match. At the club level she played for Suzuyo Shimizu F.C. Lovely Ladies.
