The Missouri Gaming Commission is a state agency that regulates riverboat casinos and charitable bingo in Missouri. It is headquartered in Jefferson City.

The Gaming Commission was established in 1993 to regulate excursion gambling boats. The Commission's role is to ensure the legality of licensed gaming operations and that games are conducted fairly, according to their rules and with full disclosure. The Gaming Commission is overseen by five commissioners appointed by the governor and confirmed by the senate. The Gaming Commission is operated daily by an appointed executive director. There have been six executive directors in the history of the Gaming Commission.

There are 13 riverboat gaming casinos in Missouri. The industry employs nearly 10,000 people with an annual payroll of $320 million.
