The Miss Grillo Stakes is an American Thoroughbred horse race run annually at Belmont Park in Elmont, New York. A Grade III event open to two-year-old filles it is contested over a distance of 1 116 miles (8.5 furlongs) on turf.

The race was named for the Argentinian-bred filly Miss Grillo, a record breaking stakes winner in the 1940s.

The race was part of the Breeders' Cup Challenge series from 2008 to 2010, with the winner automatically qualifying for the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf.
