The Miss Ecuador 2004 pageant was on March 4, 2004. There were 14 candidates for the national title. The winner represented Ecuador at Miss Universe 2004. The "Miss World Ecuador" represented Miss World 2004 and Miss Earth 2005. The "Miss Internacional Ecuador" entered Miss International 2004. The rest of the contestants entered, Reinado Internacional del Café, Miss Globe International, Miss Intercontinental and Miss América Latina.
