The fourth edition of Miss Diva was held on September 1, 2016. Roshmitha Harimurthy was crowned "Miss India Universe", while Srinidhi Shetty was named "Miss Diva Supranational" and Aradhana Buragohain finished second runner-up. Shetty was later named Miss Supranational 2016 on December 2, 2016. The winner will represent India at Miss Universe 2016 pageant to be held on 30 January 2017 in Philippines.
Miss Diva 2016 will feature a television reality series which will be telecast on Colors Infinity. The 16 contestants, who will be mentored by Lara Dutta through the series, will be based in a "Diva Villa" at Madh Island and be judged based on their performances by celebrity judges.
At the finale the former Miss Diva Universe Urvashi Rautela,the 1st Runner Up Natasha Assadi and 2nd Runner Up Naveli Deshmukh crowned their successor . Roshmita Harimurthy was crowned by Urvashi Rautela, Natasha Assadi and Stephanie Stegman crowned Srinidhi Shetty as Miss Supranational India and Naveile crowned Aradhana Buragohain as the 2nd runner up.
