Miss Cayman Islands is a national beauty pageant, to represent Cayman Islands at the Miss Universe and Miss World pageant.
Titleholders
The winner of Miss Cayman Islands represents her country at the Miss Universe and Miss World. On occasion, when the winner does not qualify (due to age) for either contest, a runner-up is sent. In 1988-1990 the 1st Runner-up competed at Miss World pageant.
