Minturn is located at 35°58′24″N 91°1′44″W (35.973425, -91.028815).

    As of the census of 2000, there were 114 people, 50 households, and 33 families residing in the town. The population density was 84.6/km² (217.8/mi²). There were 58 housing units at an average density of 43.1/km² (110.8/mi²). The racial makeup of the town was 97.37% White, and 2.63% from two or more races.

    There were 50 households out of which 36.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.0% were married couples living together, 12.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 34.0% were non-families. 32.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 20.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.28 and the average family size was 2.85.

    In the town, the population was spread out with 28.1% under the age of 18, 6.1% from 18 to 24, 29.8% from 25 to 44, 23.7% from 45 to 64, and 12.3% who were 65 years of age or older.
