Minonoa elvira is a moth in the Dalceridae family. It was described by Dognin in 1909. It is found in Colombia. The habitat consists of tropical lower montane and premontane wet forests.

The length of the forewings is about 11 mm. The forewings are dark fuscous, except for a triangle pointing forward with its side on the inner margin. This triangle is yellow with white proximally. The hindwings are white-edged with dark fuscous around the margins. Adults are on wing from June to August.
