Minnesota Technology and Engineering Educators Association (MTEEA) is the professional organization of technology education, engineering and industrial technology teachers in Minnesota; an affiliate of the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association (ITEEA). Membership averages about 250 teachers. Though membership (1 year is $40 or 3 years for $100) is open to K-12 and post-secondary teachers (as well as non-educators), the majority of members are from secondary and post-secondary schools (US grades 6 through 12 and technical, community or 4 year colleges). MTEEA was renamed from MTEA (Minnesota Technology Education Association) and prior to that it was MIAA (the Minnesota Industrial Arts Association).

MTEEA dates back to 1956 and has a constitution that outlines the structure of the association. This structure consists of an administrative board (president, president-elect, secretary, treasurer and executive director) and an executive council that includes those positions mentioned as well as representatives from the local affiliate organizations, post-secondary teacher education institutions and committee chairs.

MTEEA hosts an annual state conference typically held in St. Cloud, Minnesota on the last weekend in September.
