The Ministry of Labour and Trade Union Relations is the central government ministry of Sri Lanka responsible for labour and trade union relations. The ministry is responsible for formulating and implementing national policy on labour and trade union relations and other subjects which come under its purview. The current Minister of Labour and Trade Union Relations and State Minister of Labour and Trade Union Relations are John Senewiratne and Ravindra Samaraweera respectively. The ministry's secretary is S. M. Gotabaya Jayaratna.
