The Northern Territory Minister for Primary Industry and Resources is a Minister of the Crown in the Government of the Northern Territory. The minister administers their portfolio through the Department of Primary Industry and Resources.

The Minister is responsible for animal welfare, energy industry development, energy (oil and gas) pipeline operation regulation, energy (oil and gas) pipeline title administration, energy (oil, gas and geothermal) titles administration, energy operations regulation, energy policy, environmental management of energy (oil, gas and geothermal) operations, environmental management of mining operations, fisheries management, hygienic production of meat for human consumption, interstate agricultural quarantine, mining development, mining titles administration, the Northern Territory Geological Survey, oil and gas strategy, policy and industry development, petroleum industry development, petroleum titles administration, primary industry biosecurity, primary production and industry development, protection of consumers of veterinary services, and the regulation and management of mining and energy operations.

The current minister is Ken Vowles (Labor). He was sworn in on 12 September 2016 following the Labor victory at the 2016 election.
