Minerva Foundation Institute for Medical Research is a private research institute, which is located on the Meilahti campus in Helsinki, Finland. It was founded in 1959. The institute is funded and maintained by the Minerva Foundation. The institute features eight research groups with about 40 employees. By the end of 2011, 62 doctoral theses have been written in the institute.
