Mindy Duncan (born c. 1971) is an American beauty queen who won the title Miss Teen USA 1988.
The petite (5' 3"/160 cm) red haired sixteen-year-old became the first Miss Oregon Teen USA to win at the Miss Teen USA 1988 competition. At present, she is the only red-haired winner of the pageant. Two other Miss Oregon Teen USA titleholders, Bridgette Wilson (1990) and Tami Farrell (2003), have since also won the Miss Teen USA crown.
