Milltown is a census-designated place (CDP) in Hutchinson County, South Dakota, United States. The population was 10 at the 2010 census.

Milltown was so named for the fact many of its early residents milled their supply of flour.

Geography

Milltown is located at 43°25′39″N 97°48′10″W (43.427499, -97.802736).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.4 square miles (1.0 km2), all land.

Demographics
