Mills Cliff (72°10′S 95°53′W) is an isolated rock cliff in the north-central part of Lofgren Peninsula, Thurston Island, Antarctica. It was named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names after Aviation Machinist's Mate William H. Mills, an aircrewman in the Eastern Group of U.S. Navy Operation Highjump, which obtained aerial photographs of Thurston Island and adjacent coastal areas in 1946–47.
