Mikiko Ando (安藤 美希子, Andō Mikiko, born (1992-09-30)30 September 1992) is a Japanese female weightlifter, competing in the 58 kg category and representing Japan at international competitions.
She competed at world championships, at the 2015 World Weightlifting Championships, and the 2016 Summer Olympics.
