Thomas Michael 'Mike' McCurry (born 4 June 1964) is an ex football referee from Scotland. He is a Baptist Associate Pastor at the Mosspark Baptist Church in Glasgow. He was previously also a Chartered Accountant; he gave up his membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland due to an investigation pertaining "matters of professional misconduct and professional incompetence.". Mike is also a member of the Glasgow Magic Circle. He refereed the 2005 Scottish League Cup Final. McCurry considered his refereeing to be a hobby and lists his main occupation as "Minister of Christian Faith". McCurry was on the FIFA list of referees, but the Scottish Football Association (SFA) failed to nominate him to the list for the 2008-2009 football season. He was previously on the list and he is referred to as one of the SFA's FIFA referees on his profile on the SFA website.

On 18 May 2009, the SFA ended McCurry's refereeing career when they omitted him from the list of senior officials who will handle matches in Scotland during the 2009-2010 football season.

McCurry had an affair with one of his Mosspark Baptist Church congregation; Victoria Mathers a young Sunday school teacher at the time in the church where he's a minister. She was 22 and he was 43 around half of her age, he had known her and her family personally since she was a young teen. McCurry handed his resignation into the church but 2 days later was told if he cut contact with Victoria he would be allowed to continue on as a Minister. McCurry had earlier tried to paint her as a stalker and a fantasist in his attempts to cover up the affair and save his own skin.
