Michael Wenham Fibbens (born 31 May 1968) is an English former competitive swimmer who represented Great Britain in three consecutive Summer Olympic Games, the FINA world championships and the European championships, and competed for England in the Commonwealth Games.

At a World Cup meet in March 1998, he tested positive for benzoylecgonine, a metabolite of cocaine. Benzoylecgonine appears on the British Olympic Association's list of prohibited substances, and as a result Fibbens was banned from the forthcoming Sydney Olympics.
