Michael Anthony Draper (born September 14, 1966) is a former pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for the New York Mets during the 1993 season. Listed at 6' 2", 180 lb., Draper batted and threw right-handed. He was born in Hagerstown, Maryland. After being absent from baseball for a number of years Draper resurfaced in Holly Springs, NC playing for the Premier Electrical Staffing Orioles of the Central North Carolina Mens Baseball League (CNCMSBL) in 2015. The Orioles manager, Charles Orndorff, is credited for pulling Draper out of retirement and working him back into organized baseball. In his debut season of the CNCMSBL Draper batted .333 and had a record of 2 wins and one loss with an ERA of 1.28 in 21 innings of work. In the 2016 campaign Draper improved to 12 wins with only 4 losses and an ERA of 1.75.
