Michael "Mike" Dailly is a Scottish game designer, best known for design of the original prototype of what would later become Grand Theft Auto, while a programmer at DMA Design, later Rockstar North, along with David Jones and brothers Sam and Dan Houser. Originally prototyped in the summer of 1995, Dailly worked with colleagues David Jones, Russell Kay, and Steve Hammond.
As of 2010, Dailly is working with the YoYoGames team as lead developer of Game-Maker: Studio.
