Mike Baxter (born 16 December 1984) is an RFU level 3 rugby coach. Baxter was head coach of the Elite Player Development Group at Bath Rugby Academy and has worked closely with some of the biggest rugby schools in the west, including Downside School and Millfield.

As a player, Baxter was contracted straight out of Colston's Collegiate School into the Bath Rugby 1st team Squad in 2003. He made his debut at 19 years of age in the scrumhalf position. Baxter went on to represent his country when he was capped for Scotland 7s in 2010. Baxter left Bath as a player in 2010 and joined Rosslyn Park, where he played for 3 seasons.

Baxter now coaches at Downside School near Bath and runs an independent rugby mentoring programme that provides technical, tactical, physical, and mental support for young student athletes.
