Microcolona limodes is a moth in the Elachistidae family. It is found in New Zealand.

The wingspan is 9-10 mm. The forewings are whitish-ochreous, irregularly sprinkled with dark fuscous and a dark fuscous tuft beneath the fold at one-third. The stigmata is small, raised and black and there is a raised dark fuscous dot beneath the second discal, as well as a dark fuscous suffusion on the costa about two-thirds. The hindwings are grey-whitish.
