Michael "Mick" McDermott (born 1974 in Belfast) is a Northern Irish former professional football player. He has held various coaching roles in professional football clubs as well as at the international level over the past 15 years. He is currently Assistant Coach at Esteghlal FC (Tehran); he also previously held the position of fitness coach of Iran national football team. he has played in USL Second Division.
