Ian Graeme Keith 'Mick' Allen (born 25 June 1938) is an Australian rower who competed at three Olympic Games.

He competed at the 1956 Melbourne, 1960 Rome and 1964 Tokyo Olympics in the Men's coxed fours. His best result was fourth in 1956. He won a silver and bronze medal at the 1958 Cardiff Commonwealth Games in the Men's Eights and Coxed Fours respectively.
