Michael Ouweleen (born 1968) is an American television writer best known for working at Cartoon Network.
He is probably best known as the writer and producer of the animated television series Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law.
He also wrote episodes of Space Ghost Coast to Coast, worked as a creative consultant on Stroker and Hoop and directed the hit Cartoon Network short Harasscat starring Pixie and Dixie and Mr. Jinks.
In 2014, Ouweleen was named CMO of Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, and Boomerang at Turner Broadcasting System.
