Michael Ignatius O'Keefe (28 September 1864 – 2 October 1926) was an Australian politician.

He was born in Westbury, Tasmania. In 1912 he was elected to the Tasmanian House of Assembly as a Labor member for Wilmot. In 1925 he was elected Speaker of the House. O'Keefe was killed in a train crash at Beaconsfield in 1926, an accident that also injured the Premier, Joseph Lyons.
