Interview with michael kay

Michael Kay is an American academic. Formerly of Alfred University, he was summarily dismissed from his post in 1970, allegedly for his political opinions and his support for black students and an end to restrictive college policies. His cause was taken up by the university student government (IGA), which voted to establish an IGA Visiting Fellowship and to make Kay its first recipient. Among his most prominent defenders was Noam Chomsky.
