Michael K Smith (Vermont)

Michael K. Smith is the former secretary of Vermont Agency of Human Services for the state of Vermont, who retired in August 2008.

Since leaving government service, he has been employed in the position of President of Vermont Operations for FairPoint Communications, Vermont's largest land-line telephone company.
