Miangul Mahmud Aurangzeb (Urdu: ميانگل محمود اورنگزيب) is the son of Miangul Aurangzeb and the head of surgery at Khyber Teaching Hospital in Peshawar, Pakistan. He is known for his skills in thyroid and cancer surgery.

Aurangzeb is the paternal grandson of the former Wāli of Swat Miangul Jahan Zeb,, and the maternal grandson of Mohammad Ayub Khan, a former President of Pakistan. His father, Miangul Aurangzeb, was the governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province.

Aurangzeb completed his medical surgery training in the United Kingdom. He specializes in laparoscopic surgery and has performed over 6,000 such procedures. He is also the president of the Pakistan chapter of the Society of Laparoscopic and Endoscopic Surgery and a distinguished life member of the World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons.
