Methylorhabdus multivorans is a Gram-negative, aerobic, facultatively methylotrophic nonmotile bacterium from the genus of Methylorhabdus. Methylorhabdus multivorans has been isolated from groundwater which was contaminated with dichloromethane in Switzerland.
