Mercedes AMG GLE63

The Mercedes AMG GLE63 is a Sport Utility Coupe created by Mercedes's performance division AMG. Its design incorporates Mercedes' new generation of flowing surfaces which are implemented across their entire range of vehicles barring the boxy G-Wagon. In 'S' guise, the AMG's 5.5 liter twin-turbo V8 produces 577 bhp and 560 lb ft of torque. The GLE63 S sprints to 62 mph from a standstill in just 4.2 seconds. Top speed is limited to 155 mph, however, the limiter can be raised to 174 mph if the owner earns his/her stripes at the AMG Driving Academy. The non-'S' model is slightly more civilian with less horsepower and torque. Curb weight of the GLE63 is 5015 lbs, but the power, along with a suite of electronic driver aids, suspension and power controls, effectively masks the weight of the car.
