Memopal is a cloud-based storage application and service that enables users to store and synchronize computer files and share files and folders with others using the Internet.

Functionality

Memopal has a cross-platform client (Linux for x86 and x86_64, Mac, Windows computers, Android, iPhone and BlackBerry) that enables users to select one or more folders that are synchronized to the web. Files on Memopal can be shared and accessed using the World Wide Web. Memopal has also a mobile-friendly version of its website.

Memopal supports revision history; files that are deleted or overwritten may be recovered from the web. It supports client-side cross-users deduplication so shared common files or byte sequences are synchronized without actually transferring the information over the internet. The service uses SSL transfers (128-bit) and stores the data encrypted.

Memopal has a cloud search functionality similar to Google desktop to index files with a relevance metric based on how the user interacts with files. It currently indexes only file metadata like path, computer and modification time. Content indexing is an optional feature.

Memopal offers 3Gb for free (More than 500MB if you sign up with a call like) without time limit and 200Gb for $ 49/year.
