This is a list of members of the New South Wales Legislative Council from 1991 to 1995. Members of the Legislative Council have eight-year terms; while half of this council was elected in 1988 and faced re-election in 1995, the other half was elected in 1991 and faced re-election in 1999.

1 National Party MLC Sir Adrian Solomons resigned on 2 August 1991. Lloyd Coleman was appointed to the resulting casual vacancy on 21 August. 2 Labor MLC Jack Hallam resigned on 12 September 1991. Eddie Obeid was appointed to the resulting casual vacancy on the same day.
