This is a list of members of the Australian Capital Territory Legislative Assembly from 1975 to 1979. This was the first time this body sat; it was not self-governing at this time.

1 In February 1976, Labor MLA Susan Ryan was replaced by John Clements.2 On 5 November 1976, Liberal MLA Raymond Saunders was replaced by George Paulus.3 On 12 October 1977, Liberal MLA Trevor Kaine was replaced by Ronald Bell, and Labor MLA Gordon Walsh was replaced by Paul Whalan.4 In 1977, Liberal MLA Peter Hughes and Australia Party MLA Maureen Worsley left their parties to become Independents.5 In 1977, the Australia Party became the Australian Democrats; Australia Party MLA Ivor Vivian joined the latter party.6 On 22 February 1978, Independent MLA Allan Fraser was replaced by Thomas Pye.
