Melbourne tram route 58 is a future tram route that will be operated by Yarra Trams on the Melbourne tram network. It will operate from West Coburg to Toorak. It will combine route 55 West Coburg to Domain Interchange with the southern part of route 8 from Domain Interchange to Toorak. Its establishment was announced in October 2016 as part of works associated with the construction of Domain railway station and the closure of Domain Interchange and the Domain Road tram line.

With Domain Interchange and Domain Road to be closed while Domain railway station is built, route 58 will continue down St Kilda Road before branching off at Toorak Road in lieu of Domain Road and Park Street.

Historically, the route number 58 was used for trams running a short working of route 57 from Elizabeth Street to the Melbourne Showgrounds.
