Mefjell Mountain is a large mountain rising to 3,080 metres (10,100 ft), standing 5 nautical miles (9 km) west of Mount Bergersen in the Sør Rondane Mountains of Antarctica. It was mapped by Norwegian cartographers in 1946 from air photos taken by the Lars Christensen Expedition, 1936–37, and in 1957 from air photos taken by U.S. Navy Operation Highjump, 1946–47. It was named "Mefjell" (middle mountain) by the Norwegians because of its central location in the mountain group.
