Meena Venkataraghavan is an Indian wildlife conservationist. She is working in the Gir forest to save Asiatic lions there.
Career
Venkataraghavan is doing her doctorate in wild life protection and as part of her project work, she has been working on the Asiatic lions of Gir forests. She is a member of the Wildlife Institute of India (WII), Dehradun, and is studying the behavioural patterns of lionesses in Gir.
