Production

The film is produced by Citram Screens in association with White Horse International (Mumbai). A first look poster for the film was revealed in June 2015 In the Social Media alone, stating that production is in progress. Team Meen released India’s First Talkie Motion Poster In June 2015 & received applause for it’s Efforts. Unlike motion posters that have a poster design with a Background Music, this one had voices in addition, and Music by G. V. Prakash Kumar and Dialogues by Kabilan Vairamuthu. The Hindu Stated ‘The makers of upcoming film Meen are ensuring that they are out there and seen… they have come out with a talkie motion poster recently, in a bid to click with the online audience. Hari Bhaskaran Rathinam , the film’s director, is the brain behind this poster. Unlike motion posters which have a poster design with background music, a talkie motion poster has voices in addition. The Indian Express mentioned ‘The purpose of the poster is to reveal the title of the film, and to introduce two major characters through their dialogues. The first face is portrayed as more psychological and the second face more socio-political. The entire story and screenplay of Meen is based on high-end investigative journalism. There is multi-dimensional love throughout the screen script. The makers believe that music and dialogues are two pillars for any film and even more significant for a psychological thriller. The film will have a surprising star cast to be revealed shortly. Meen is being jointly produced by Citram Screens and White Horse International. Hari Bhaskaran Rathinam and team are planning their first schedule in August. Film promotions are taking all kind of avatars, thanks to the rocket-speed progress in technology.
