Medaniaria adiacritis is a species of snout moth, and the only species in the genus Medaniaria. It was described by Turner in 1904, and is known from Australia, including Queensland.

The wingspan is about 20 mm. The forewings are grey or brown with various dark lines and spots. The hindwings are off-white, with narrow dark margins.
