Mbara, or Midjamba, is an extinct aboriginal language of Australia. The Mbara people were traditionally the neighbours of the Yanga, Gugu-Badhun, Yirandali, Wunumara and Ngawun peoples.

Yanga was mutually intelligible.

Speakers of Mbara and related dialects were affected by the gold and cattle rushes during the second half of the nineteenth century.
