Ingredients

Maíz con hielo is a mixture of shaved ice, corn kernels, sugar and milk. Usually popular in the summer months, it is a variation of the more renowned halo-halo.
Preparation
This ice-based dessert is easy to prepare. You will need:
-shaved/crushed ice-cream corn-evaporated milk-sugar-vanilla ice cream (optional)
Grab a glass and put shaved ice in it. Pour evaporated milk on top of the ice. Top it with cream corn and sugar. Scoop vanilla ice cream on top, if desired. Mix these ingredients with a spoon and enjoy!
