Matsushita Seiko Co., Ltd. manufactures ventilating and air conditioning equipment for the Matsushita group under the KDK and National brand names.
In 2003, Matsushita Seiko Co. Ltd was renamed as Matsushita Ecology Systems Co., Ltd after organisational restructuring and further changed to KDK Company, Division of PES 5 years later.
