Matsudaira Shigemasa (松平 重昌, 9 October 1743 – 25 April 1758) was a Japanese daimyo of the Edo period. He was head of the Fukui Domain in Echizen Province. His child-hood name was Ogimaru (於義丸) given by his grandfather, the 8th shogun Tokugawa Yoshimune later become Kogoro (小五郎). He was the eldest son of Tokugawa Munetada who was the third son of 8th shogun Tokugawa Yoshimune, his mother was Ichijo Akiko, daughter of Ichijo Kaneka
