The Mathis Brothers Mile (formerly known as the Sir Beaufort Stakes) is a Thoroughbred horse race run annually near the end of each December at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California. A Grade II stakes race for three-year-old horses, it was first run in 2000. The race is contested at a distance of 1 mile (8 furlongs) on the turf.

Originally named for Sir Beaufort, the 1993 Santa Anita Handicap winner, the race was renamed the Mathis Brothers Mile in 2014 under a marketing agreement between Santa Anita Park and Mathis Brothers Furniture.

Due to poor racecourse conditions as a result of wet weather, the race was switched to the main dirt track in 2003, 2008 and 2010. In 2005, the race was run in two divisions.
