Mathias Röthenmund (born 22 October 1974) is a Swiss slalom canoer who competed in the 1990s and 2000s.
He won the gold medal in the K-1 team event at the 2003 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in Augsburg. He also won 4 medals at the European Championships (1 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronzes).
Röthenmund also finished ninth in the K-1 event at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.
