History

Their most successful single "Hypnotic Tango", was a cover of Italo Disco - Hits of My Mine. In 2002, it reached the top 10 the Media Control Charts, and was one of the most successful dance singles of the year, it has also earned them an Echo - a nomination, and was a hit in Austria, France, Switzerland, and the UK. The following year, together with the front man of the Euro Dance they have produced Snap! project, which became known as the Turbo Single "Ballet Dancer". Also in the 2003 "How Old R U?" appeared, which then became another hit of theirs. It became the best single of the year in the dance charts. Year 2006 was moderately successful for the band, as they have release a not typical sounding single "Since You've Been Gone", a cover of the rock classic by Russ Ballard from 1976. 2007 was the year in which they have released their second studio album Put Your Hands Up, the first single "Walking In Memphis"/"Can Delight" reached the top of Clubrotation dance charts for several weeks.

Internationally, Master Blaster sold hundreds of thousands of recordings, these have been produced by MT! Entertainment, the production company of Sascha van Holt, (until 2005 with Rico Bernasconi) and Mike de Ville.
